Off-site cleaning is a full, deep clean, giving us time to carefully treat every fiber. In our facility, rugs are fully submerged in a cleaning pit, vacuumed on both sides to remove years of dust, dander, and debris, pretreated with eco-friendly shampoo, hand scrubbed, rinsed thoroughly, and carefully scraped to remove excess water. We continue cleaning until the water runs clear. For pet stains and odors, rugs are soaked for hours or even overnight.
