DaVinci Carpet Cleaning starts every job by carefully inspecting your carpet to assess how soiled it is and identify any special areas or stains.
We apply our organic pre-spray cleaning solution, which is completely safe for people and pets. This eco-friendly solution contains plant-based surfactants and biodegradable enzymes that break down dirt, oils, protein-based soils, pet dander, dust, allergens, and more. The pre-spray is designed to penetrate deep into carpet fibers, loosening embedded grime while being gentle on delicate fibers.
Different carpet fibers require slightly different approaches: wool is treated with a lower-moisture application to prevent shrinkage, nylon and polyester fibers allow more aggressive agitation, and blends are handled carefully to protect both appearance and texture.
After the pre-spray has done its work, we clean your carpet using our professional truck-mounted hot water extraction system (steam cleaning). This powerful machine is built into our van and provides superior suction, removing much more dirt, allergens, and moisture than a standard vacuum. The result is a deep, thorough clean that restores your carpet’s vibrancy.
As a bonus, we use commercial drying fans to speed up the drying process, allowing your carpet to dry faster and be ready to enjoy sooner.

Our Stain Removal Process
Even with regular cleaning, carpets can face tough stains that require professional treatment. At DaVinci Carpet Cleaning, we have the expertise and tools to handle every type of stain safely and effectively. From everyday spills to stubborn spots, our technicians use tailored solutions for each stain type to restore your carpet’s appearance while protecting your family and pets.

Tannin-based stains: Coffee and tea. We treat these acidic, plant-based pigments with specialized organic solutions, gently agitate to lift the stain, and flush with hot water extraction.

Red stain removal: Juice, soda, and other red-colored beverages. We loosen the sticky, pigmented residue with pre-spray, then extract with hot water to completely remove the stain and prevent re-soiling.

Protein-based stains: Blood and dairy. Enzyme-based cleaners break down the proteins, and hot water extraction flushes the fibers clean.

Oil-based stains: Grease, lotions, paint, tar, and other oily substances. Targeted pre-sprays emulsify the oils, we agitate lightly, and then extract with hot water.

Miscellaneous/sticky stains: Slime, gum, makeup, lipstick, ink, and markers. We apply the safest solvent or spotter, lift the stain carefully, then rinse or extract to protect the carpet fibers.

Pet stains and odors: Cat urine and dog urine. Enzyme treatments neutralize odors and break down urine crystals, followed by a hot water flush to remove residue.
