We recommend having all your upholstery cleaned at least twice a year or more if you have pets or younger kids. This will prevent allergens from building up and from dirt and debris wearing down the fibers. 

DaVinci uses Scotchgard for upholstery and carpets. Fabrics that have Scotchgard applied, typically, last twice as long as those without it. The protectant creates a barrier that provides short-term water resistance, helps keep soiling at the surface instead of penetrating your carpet fiber, and it is much more likely that stains will be removed on your next cleaning appointment.
